# Marketing

> Create coordinated presentations, social campaigns, business cards, postcards, mail-drop flyers and feature sheets.

Open **Marketing → Overview**. Choose **Social post**, **Reel**, **Carousel**,
**Stories** or **Property website** for the material you need.
**Create a social campaign** prepares the Reel, carousel and Stories together.
**Prepare a seller presentation** starts a private presentation for a prospective seller.
**Print marketing** brings **Business cards**, **Postcards**, **Mail-drop flyers**
and **Feature sheets** together. You can also start a feature sheet from a listing’s
**Design feature sheet** action.
[Follow the print editing and PDF guide](/docs/help/print-marketing).
You can also open Marketing from a listing's **Create Reel + carousel** action
or its social-post window.

New to Marketing? [Follow the first-presentation and campaign walkthrough](/docs/help/walkthrough-marketing-studio).

Want dates for a listing’s marketing? **Plan a listing** in Marketing starts with a
feature sheet, launch post, Reel and later Story. Move dates, prepare each piece
in its existing editor and mark tasks done yourself. Your next tasks appear on
Home and in Marketing. [Plan a listing’s launch](/docs/help/listing-plans).

## A presentation for your next seller

Enter the property address to start a private draft. Write your introduction
and approach, add a real testimonial if you have permission to use it, and
adjust **Your marketing timeline**. It starts with four editable steps:
**Prepare**, **Introduce**, **Connect** and **Move forward**. Change the titles
and descriptions to explain your plan for this home. These are presentation
content; they do not schedule or run a campaign. Your name, phone, brokerage and contact email
start from Settings and remain editable for this project.

Photos are optional while writing and previewing. Under **Photos & style**, upload up to eight photos (10 MB each), choose
your website collection or an Editorial, Modern or Warm treatment, and arrange the selected photos. **Show the whole
photo** preserves the image inside the frame; **Fill the frame** crops from
the centre. Add a short caption to each frame.

**Preview & share** shows the saved presentation. The collection layout combines
short introductions and approaches, shows social-post and feature-sheet design
examples, and keeps the four starting timeline steps on one page. Selected photos,
longer writing and an optional testimonial add pages. The design examples use the
property and agent details you supplied; they are proposals, not published listings.
No feed connection is needed for a seller presentation.

For a collection presentation, choose **Prepare presentation PDF**, then
**Download presentation PDF** when it is ready. It uses the same layout and
embeds the collection fonts. Legacy presentation styles retain **Open full
preview → Print / Save PDF**; enable background graphics in your browser's
print dialogue.

### Share when you are ready

Save and preview your changes, add at least one photo, then choose **Enable private link**. Copy the
link and share it yourself. REALsite sends no email from this workflow.

Anyone with the link can view the presentation; it is not a password-protected
client account. The pages request exclusion from search indexing. **Disable
link** withdraws access immediately. Saving edits or changing uploaded photos
also withdraws the old link. Preview the revised version and enable a new link
when ready. Files someone already downloaded cannot be withdrawn.

## A Reel, carousel and Stories for a listing

Choose an existing listing. If it needs details, **Finish listing details** opens
the listing editor; save, then use **Continue to social campaign** to return to
the selected task. When that home already has campaigns, open one to keep its
saved writing and design, or deliberately **Create a new variation**.

Select up to eight photos, arrange them and edit the captions. Your website
collection provides the matching design; customize it only when you want to.
If listing or brand details change, **Review updates** shows the saved and current
values. Choose the fields to apply; unselected writing and your design are
preserved. Review price, status and photos before reusing an older material.

### Customize only when you want to

New campaigns use your website collection's typography, colours and composition.
Existing projects keep their saved choices, including older designs. Open **Photos &
style → Customize design** to adjust the design. Image layouts—your collection,
Classic, Editorial or Bold—apply to carousels and Stories. Reels use moving
photography with your selected colours and typography in every layout.
Adjust brand, paper or spruce colours and sans-serif or serif typography.
Choose whole-photo framing or fill the frame,
then adjust the photo position when cropping. The position applies across the
campaign, so review each frame.

Set **Reel time per frame** from two to eight seconds. Reels use that
duration for each photo, then a 2.5-second closing invitation over the home.
**Reset to brand defaults** restores
the default appearance, whole-photo framing and three-second timing while keeping
your writing, photo choices and order.

The design preview renders your current edits for a selected Reel, Story or
carousel frame; it does not save them. On a phone, use **Preview** and **Customize
design** to move between the result and its controls. The previous frame is marked
as updating while a new preview is prepared. Use **Save** in the changes bar to
keep the design with this campaign. Create exports to review the finished Reel motion.

After saving, open **Reel & downloads → Create Reel + carousel + Stories**.
Rendering continues if you leave the page. Return through **Home** or **Marketing → Pick up where you left off** to see the
finished files, or retry if an export needs attention.

* **Reel:** a 1080 × 1920 H.264 MP4. Reels move the photography beneath
stationary, readable type, with clean cuts and a closing invitation over the home.
The headline opens the Reel; optional per-photo captions introduce later spaces.
Three seconds per photo is the default. A three-photo Reel lasts 11.5 seconds.
  Whole-photo framing keeps the complete image against a softened photographic background;
fill-the-frame uses your selected crop. A matching Reel cover is included.
* **Carousel:** ordered 1080 × 1350 PNG slides in a ZIP file.
* **Stories:** ordered 1080 × 1920 PNG slides in a ZIP file.

The Reel has no audio track. Add music using your social app's music library.
Unzip the image packs before adding the slides to your social app. You can also
download individual carousel images from **Review the frames**.

### Post from your computer or continue on your phone

The finished preview, caption and downloads appear together. **Copy caption +
link** includes the available public listing destination. If your website is
not live, prepare a property website or publish the agent website before sharing
a link to the home. Review the displayed public destination first. Download the format you want,
add it in your social app and paste the caption.

Under **Continue on your phone**, choose **Create phone link**. Scan the QR or
open the link to get this campaign's Reel, image packs and saved caption without
signing in again. Anyone with the link can download the files. It expires after
48 hours. **Disable phone link**, saving edits, starting a new export or deleting
the project withdraws it; a new phone link also replaces the previous one.
Downloaded files cannot be withdrawn.

On devices that support file sharing, **Share with an app…** prepares the file,
then **Open share sheet** opens your device's sharing options. Finish your post
in the app; some apps require the caption pasted separately. Unsupported devices
keep the copy and download options. Nothing is posted automatically.

Saving changes makes previous exports unavailable in Marketing. Create the
updated exports after reviewing your edits. Uploaded photos and exports count
toward account storage. Deleting a project removes its private link, uploads
and generated files; the original listing remains in place.

If a listing is no longer available for marketing, its campaign's photos and
exports are unavailable too. Open the project to remove it from your saved projects.

## Your theme stays yours

Projects use their own presentation style and content. Switching the website's
Liquid theme does not remove or rewrite your saved marketing projects.

## Your collection stays with your work

New work starts with the collection selected in **Website → Design**. Changing
your website theme does not restyle saved marketing projects or saved social posts.
To update a social post, campaign or print project, open its design controls
and choose **Use my website’s current collection**. For a seller presentation,
open **Photos & style**. Its selected collection names the design saved with that
presentation. If your website collection has changed, choose **Use \[collection
name] collection** to apply it to this draft.
Review the preview and save. Your writing and photo choices stay with the
project. Create fresh exports for the updated design; existing downloads do
not change.

## Business cards, postcards and print materials

Open **Marketing → Overview → Print marketing** for all four editable formats.
Business cards use your profile; feature sheets need a listing. Postcards and
mail-drop flyers can start with a listing or your agent details alone. The
listing’s **Design feature sheet** shortcut opens the same editor with that
home selected.

Save your edits, choose **Prepare print PDF**, then **Download PDF** when it is
ready. [The Print marketing guide](/docs/help/print-marketing) covers front/back
review, phone editing, finished sizes, bleed, image quality and preparing a
file for your printer.
