How it’s built

You keep the markup. Your client gets an editor.

Liquid you already know

Themes are Liquid — layout, templates, sections, snippets. If you’ve built for Shopify, the structure will feel familiar. All five stock homepages use the same site content and section contracts.

Schemas make the editor

A section’s settings panel is generated from the JSON schema in the section file itself. Blocks handle repeatable content — team members, testimonials and the steps in an agent’s service. Clients edit their own content and rearrange sections without touching the markup.

Own the code

Detach a theme and every template, stylesheet, and asset is yours to edit in the built-in code editor, or upload a complete theme ZIP. Start from one of ours, from scratch, or from the open-source starter theme. Export, upload, preview and apply a theme →

Check the upload in a private preview before applying it. Design History keeps a restore point. Custom website code retains its underlying marketing collection; it does not redesign your marketing exports.

The machinery is wired

Listings sync from your client’s MLS® System, every form captures leads with consent recorded for you, images are processed and served fast. You build the skin — the platform underneath is already done.

Readable by AI, for free

Every page you build doubles as clean Markdown rendered from the data underneath — append .md to any URL, or request text/markdown. AI assistants get the listing, not a pile of markup. No work on your side.

For agencies

Your client’s brand — and yours. Never ours.

Client sites never carry REALsite branding — no badge in the footer, no logo on the emails. The work is yours to present.

Build it as a client site inside your own account: behind a coming-soon page and unbilled while you work, with sample listings to design against. Hand it off when it’s ready and the client gets their own account and trial, with you kept on as admin.

And the price doesn’t change when a developer shows up: $99 a month per site for every REALsite feature. No developer tier, no revenue share. Optional domain registration and renewal are separate.
