Leads & CRM → Automations is a short list of switches. Each one watches for something that happens on your site and does one thing about it, then leaves a line on the page saying what it did and for whom. Nothing goes to a client unless they agreed to hear from you, and anything written for you to send lands as a draft first.

The switches

Switch any of them on or off and press Save. The ones that write in your name use the wording under Replies, so what goes out sounds like you. Changes made while a save is running remain unsaved until your next save. The page tells you when earlier settings were saved but newer changes remain.

Right away, or in the morning

Only one thing interrupts your day: a hot lead. Everything else waits for your morning digest, one email at 8:00 a.m. in your site’s own time zone (set it under Settings), listing the follow-ups due, the drafts waiting, and what the automations did overnight. Quiet mornings get no email.

What it did

The Automations page keeps a running list, newest first, of every run: the date, the person or listing, and the outcome. If something was skipped, the line says why (an open house nobody signed in to, a listing that left the feed). Queued records that email was added to the sending queue; it does not confirm inbox delivery. Completed can mean a draft or reminder was prepared. Open-house thank-you emails recheck the contact’s current email eligibility when the queued job runs, so a later opt-out, spam flag or delivery block prevents that message from being sent.

Costs

The new-listing share kit asks the model for a caption, which is why it is off by default and only runs for listings you added yourself. Nothing else on this page uses AI.
