See the finished example, including an actual social image and Reel. Then try the same workflow with a listing you are authorized to market. You can do this before moving your current domain.

1. Give the home a place to land

Open Listings → All listings. Choose a listing from your connected feed, or add your own authorized listing with its details and photos. Finish any missing details called out on a draft before creating its property website. Choose Create property site, review the story and open the public page. Check the photos, property facts and contact details. This is where a buyer can request a showing. Property website details.

2. Save a social image you would use

From the listing, open Social post. Review the prepared caption and image. Use Customize design if you want another layout, colour, photo or crop. Save your design or caption changes before downloading. Close the post and reopen it: your saved words and design should be there. Copy the caption and link, then download the image. You choose when to post it in your social app; downloading is not publishing.

3. Turn the photos into a campaign

Choose Create a Reel, carousel and Stories from the social post, or open the relevant format in Marketing → Overview. Select the same listing. Continue its saved campaign when available, or create a new variation. Edit The story, then use Photos & style to choose and order photographs. Optional design controls include colours, typography, framing and Reel timing. Write a short caption for any frame you want to personalize. Save your changes. Under Reel & downloads, create the exports, wait until they are ready and review the actual Reel and images. Download the format you need, or create a phone link to continue on another device. Add music to the silent Reel in your social app. Marketing walkthrough.

4. Test the enquiry and leave a next step

Open your property website in a private browser window. Use your own email address for a test showing request. Submitting it creates a real enquiry and can send an agent notification; tell any other recipients that you are testing. Leave the newsletter checkbox clear unless you also want to test opting in. Return to Leads & CRM → Leads. Open the test contact, confirm the property source and request, add a note and set a follow-up date. Reload the page to check that the next step is saved. A showing request alone does not put the contact on your mailing list. You now have a property website, saved marketing and a tested path to a follow-up. Plan the move when you are ready to bring your current website over.
