Try the whole journey before you share a campaign: make a focused page, see it as a visitor, then handle the enquiry in your CRM. A social post, email signature or QR code can bring people to the page; paid ads are optional.
1

Create a useful invitation

Open Marketing → Lead generation. Choose Home valuation and use a clear title, such as “What is your Wolseley home worth?” Then choose Create landing page. It opens as a draft in Design with an introduction and valuation form. For a download instead, choose Free guide and select an uploaded PDF.
Landing pages with creation options and publication status.

Choose the page's purpose, then review its draft in Design.

2

Review, publish and check visibility

Read the copy and inspect the form in Preview, including the phone layout. Choose Publish page when ready. If the list says Saved for launch, open Review site visibility, choose Live in Settings and save. Publishing an individual page does not take the whole site live.A verified domain connected directly to this page can make it available independently of the main site’s visibility. See Landing pages.
3

Try it as a visitor

Open the public page in a private browser window to check what visitors can actually see. Submit a clearly labelled test enquiry using an address you control. Leave the marketing-email choice unchecked unless you also want to test subscribing. Check the confirmation on the page and the notification sent to your configured lead recipients.A submission with no marketing opt-in should still reach your CRM. It should not put the contact on your mailing list.
4

Continue the conversation

Open Leads & CRM → Leads and find the test enquiry. Its activity shows the form and source page; a browsing trail appears when recorded. Review the request, add a note and choose a follow-up date. New enquiries and due follow-ups appear in Home → Needs attention.Use the contact’s email or phone link to respond. Recording a note or setting a reminder does not send the prospect a message. Mark the test contact closed when finished so it stays out of the attention queue and due-reminder email.
Contact details, follow-up controls and enquiry activity.

Read the enquiry, record your next action and set a reminder.

5

Share and learn

Once the public experience works, use Copy short link from the landing page’s action menu, or Copy link for a page on its own domain, and share it where your audience already is. The page’s lead count and Website → View analytics show recorded activity and enquiry sources. Test submissions also count, so account for them when reviewing early results. These signals help you decide what to improve. A page view or link click is not a sale, and a small difference between pages is not proof that one performs better.
For search traffic, build useful articles and area guides alongside your shared campaigns. Keep the promise specific and make the next step easy to understand.
