Open Marketing → Overview → Plan a listing, or choose Listing plan on an active listing’s card to start with that property selected. Choose a launch date, then choose Create listing plan. If that listing already has a plan, open it to continue.

Four tasks to start with

These are starting dates, not a required schedule. Use Edit task to change its title or date. Skip leaves out a task; Restore task brings it back. Changing the Launch date moves unfinished tasks by the same number of days, including tasks you previously moved yourself. Done and skipped tasks keep their dates. Dates use your site’s time zone, as shown beside the launch-date controls.

Prepare a piece, then use it

Choose Prepare design to open a saved project with this listing’s details and your current website collection. The launch post and highlight start with one photo; you can change the photo, writing, layout and colours in the social editor. Each task keeps a separate design. Editing a later Story does not overwrite the launch post. Reopening a task opens its existing project. Preparing a task creates a draft. Use the editor’s export controls when you want the finished files. The social editor can also export the other social formats. Read the social editing guide or the print and PDF guide. Use Back to listing plan to return. After sharing a piece or completing its preparation, choose Mark done. Undo done reopens it. Downloading a file does not complete a task or mean a post was published.
The planner does not publish to social accounts or send email reminders. Download your materials and review and share them in your social app yourself. Your next tasks appear on Home and in Marketing.

When a listing changes

Price, address, city or status changes ask you to review the plan. Check the changes and choose I’ve reviewed these changes. Saved materials have their own listing-update review in the editor; reviewing the plan does not rewrite them. A sold listing, an unavailable listing or an incomplete manual draft pauses preparation. Finish an incomplete listing through Review listing, save it, then use Continue to listing plan. Dates and history stay saved while paused. Your saved projects remain in Marketing; access to listing-based materials still depends on that listing being available to your site. Remove plan removes its dates and task history. It keeps the saved marketing projects, which you can continue using from Marketing. The Your marketing timeline section in a seller presentation is separate: it explains your approach to a prospective seller. Editing it does not change a listing plan or schedule any work.
